Jul 2nd filer. EAD approved late Sep and notice mailed on 10/2/07. (LUD on EAD 10/2)
There is a LUD on the AP application on 10/4/07, but the status still says case received and pending. What could this LUD be ?
When I saw the LUD (with 10/4) I got excited and thought AP was approved too, but when I click the case details , it still says pending. The text of the details did not change.

Hello All,
My employer is planning to apply for my Green card (labor) next month. My employer has multiple work locations. My employer is going to apply the green card from Washington DC office location but I stay in Delaware and work from Delaware Office Location.
1. Will this impact the process in any way?
2. Do I have to move to Washington DC office to work at any point during the Green Card process? If yes, please let me know at what stage?
3. And if I have to move to Washington DC office to work then do I have to move to stay in Washington DC or can i still stay in Delaware and work from Washington DC?

I am fortunate enough to have a pretty good arts and sports immigration practice. I've met a lot of really talented people from both fields over the years. I can't say I remember a family that has had members who have achieved as much as the Kleiza family, originally from Lithuania. Mother Kristina and afther Egidijus are two very successful painters. Two weeks ago, I went to Infopass appointment and Immigration officer said they scheduled my fingerprinting next week and will get the notice in mail. This fingerprinting was due long time so they scheduled one now.
IO asked me whether the date and time is ok for me and I said yes i.e. next friday.
But so far I havent received any notice regarding this.
What to do now? any one had this problem, please share your experience....

I and my wife want to start business ( daycare/pre school) and want to know below details.We both have Green card.
1) Do I need to open LLC or INC for this ?
2) I have home loan so will I get business loan for new property.
3) We already Identify property in our area.

Here's my take on the new Visa Bulletin First, bad news for Dominicans. Separate cutoffs have now been established for the Family First and 2B preference categories which are now earlier than the worldwide dates. Family First is 01 JUN 2004 and 2B is 01 JAN 2002. Also, Indian numbers are pretty bad again with most categories stalled. Mexico is the only bright spot with some strong improvements in the employment categories. Family 1st- no improvement for most countries; three week advance for Mexico. Family 2A - world numbers jump from June 2010 to August 2010; Mexico stalled at March...
